    Stand up - thanks - you said what I said while I was still typing!!

    The whole board have permitted Smyth to get away with this by not standing up to him.

    Each time someone TRIED to stand up to him, they've ended up leaving, either resignation or being pushed.

    The ones that have left are the ones that should be looking on with GREAT interest now. They've tried and failed to get through, but all the time, Smyth appears to have maintained enough puppets on the board to get his votes through.
