I’m not convinced the con notes are holding the SP back / creating significant overhang as the guys who hold them own like 40% of the stock already so it’s not a question of liquidity / solvency. They will be converted not redeemed IMO. I’d still like them cleaned up though- would reduce cash outflows (interest) and improve the balance sheet.

I think part of the issue here is Aussies don’t eat a lot if candy relative to Americans and CLB doesn’t have any products in market here so its a harder sell to prospective shareholders as there’s not a lot of relatability. That and the company has a bit of a chequered history. The turnaround so far has been quite impressive but its still early days and the market clearly needs convincing
