i find it very hard to understand how or why Tyro allowed a situation to emerge where a proportion of their equipment was susceptible to a collective fault that was only fixable by replacing the terminals. They have said it was an earlier version of the terminal. Why was it still in the market in the first place?
wake up people - those affected by this are not coming back and Tyro will have a very hard time winning back the trust of customers and investors.
