Simple really, we are 5 months since the announcement and yet we have no news on when he will start. He is hopefully not coming along to continue the business running as normal but to inject new life, ideas and passion into it and lead it into the future, something that the current management seem to be missing - a vision for the future.
The market is looking for something positive, he is about the only thing at the moment and many people will be waiting for what he offers before they decide on their future view of the company.
