You act like it's just TV2's decision whether or not to relist. There's no way the ASX allows this to trade again without evidence of sufficient revenue consistently hitting the accounts, not just another one of these shell games that was used with the Jayplus money or any number of other "deals" that had the "guaranteed" subscriber numbers. Remember those deals that sent people scurrying for their spreadsheets to determine how many gazillions of dollars were going to be coming in? How many was it for SOL? Around quarter of a million guaranteed subscribers wasn't it?

Does it not concern you in the slightest that the Jayplus "revenue" was exactly the amount to trigger a substantial bonus for Nick, after the payment of which the "revenue" was suddenly clawed back but on latest information, Nick's bonus was not returned? Not concerning at all? All good? Happy for Nick are we?

Unless revenue hits the account and hits it consistently, I suspect that the ASX will be the least of TV2U's concerns with regards to regulatory bodies.
