Those last comments are straight out of CS research this morning
You would be wise to DYOR before quoting an analyst who only looked at DIO for the first time yesterday.
The value is in FL's 400k tonnes pa at 6g/t for 7 yrs and open. You can sell the plant for what you pay in scrip for 100% of Dio ie $49mill and you play around with the exploation ground to your hearts desire without spending much on drilling till the gold price gets a wriggle on.
As for other bids, la mancha will have to be there...they won't get a go at assets as cheap as this for a long long time.
