That analysis is clear enough but does not answer my question. AVO has no need for the additional capacity as far as I can tell? Are there other miners in the area that could use it?
Wonder if there is some other smart way DIO could monetize the plant (e.g. spin-off to an SPV ... ) to get a better look-through valuation of Frog's Leg??
