Just to put into perspective this "insider selling".
PB had 9.5mil shares sold 200,000 so only 2.1%
LH had 1.1mil shares sold 100,000 so only 9%
BR had 3.6mil shares sold 355,555 so only 9.9%

Combined they had 14.2mil shares and sold 655,555 so only 4.6%. They still have 13.57mil shares left (totalling $46mil at the average price they sold). Once again, why would they risk $46mil to gain comparatively so little ($2.2mil)?

And the product is very relevant. Anyone can copy ISX product, maybe prompting directors to do something dodgy? On the other hand it would be very hard to copy PNV and theirs, so the question must be asked - why would the directors risk so much money, and future money and a product that has a moat, for comparatively so little? Also when was the last time a director sold?
