    Depthtrader's opinion of a world 'systemic' banking failure is perfectly valid and is quite likely IMO. But it raises the question: does a company have a moral/ethical/legal obligation to repay a loan early.... because the bank has gone bust? I believe it doesn't..... provided the borrower has fulfilled the terms of the loan.
