Basically your shares will be theirs and they'll still have sufficient to run the company. There is a level over 50% at which they could apply to the ASX for delisting in which case those who don't accept would not be able to sell on market. I'm a bit rusty and can't recall the trigger levels or criteria, I think it needs to drop below a certain number of shareholders and I think it might be 70%up?
Anyway there's a bit of time yet before we need to worry about things like that. I would think there would be a good chance that they would try to mop up the balance on market as small shareholders can be a real nuisance for companies that acquire more than 50% but less than 90%. Another tactic they use is to try and dilute the minority out.
