    The headlines are declaring the Deutche Bank is dealing a huge "billion-dollar blow"...

    BUTTT then the fine print goes on to quietly clarify that the bank is also planning to "Forgive the Loans"..?

    That's like publicly saying, "Bad Boy", while sneaking a multi-billion dollar free stick of candy (or blatant donation?) to him through the back door.

    If a bank really wants their money back from any normal mum or dad, they usually walk away with a big grin and your house.
