I am very boarish on this stock now my biggest portfolio holding.
Gut feel tells me this is going to rocket in the next two months. It seems the big seller has exited as volumes traded have weaned right off.
The current share price allows a shareholder to obtain $200 a trotter foot occupied commercial real estate in New Pork for $6.50 a square foot (rented at $20 a square foot per annum) seems a bargain to me even if having to inherit securitised mortgages in the bargain.
Current sp also equated to annualised earnings per share.
be interesting to see due to the company being operated from Oz if it will try to change its domiciled piggery to the USA to obtain the TARF or FDIC plan.
The above is not advice I am just a ham, I was also bullish on KML and MAL both duds run by incompetants, SLR has saved my bacon though.
