I also have been an investor for 7+ years and have seen the ups and downs.... It only needs positive confirmation of one of the many tests going on for price to once more spike (and probably maintain) >60c as per previous. Certainly the US investors would not pay 47c if they didn't believe this was to occur. I recal last year having tpo be very patient and holding on for months and months when the price was 10 - 12 cents, before relief came.... so I'm certainly not selling at this new 22 - 25c low point. he results on a number of the tests are due this year so holders should double money this year IMO.
