What an absolute dog's breakfast! It's like it's been composed by a committee. There are various statements that are if not contradictory and self-canceling, at the very least unaligned.
However, I have to say that it's overall a positive message. I particularly like:
"Deutsche Bank's co-head real estate research, Ian Randall, wrote recently that Goodman had flexibility and options in the unlikely event that it could not refinance its debt."
Does anyone else come away with a positive reading?
