I tend against the fizzer view. The increased focus on clean coal will likely support share prices in the sector absent any sale, but will also make a sale over time more likely.

It is impossible to know whether the sale will be confirmed, but really, we must be so close to an announcment now that people will be reluctant to sell in the next few days IMO. Coupled with a green dow that can only bode very well for the share price.
