Whats the deal with thinking Suds oppies have anything to do with Cannvalate. Those were done, these are exclusively Suds.

If he converts them all it would make him the largest shareholder and a substantial holder too.

As a subholder and mgmt he would have to disclose every transaction he makes, buy or sell.

For Sud to get liquidity and profit on them the SP would have to be in the 30s at least, he has 200M of them.

Finally, you think he would start to sell once he has them? He is the driving force behind the company and he is building it step by step, he would know what that would send to the market if he started selling any shares.

Nonsense talk IMO. If he gets and converts them all I bet he wont be selling a share for a long long time.
