As far as I can see, if World Energy Research are prepared to pay $23m for 40% of one prospect in the Sicily permit, then it follows that the remaining 60% portion of the permit which is fully owned by Audax is worth $35m
That's 17 cents per share, so ADX is under priced at 8 cents.
Naturally this will follow through to drilling where success is a company maker.
And there are several more prospects in these leases.
ADX will soon be over 20 cents.
