Most around the West Perth "oil patch" will be familiar with the boasts by one of the board members about the "proximity to wine regions and golf courses" investment rule.
As far as the "true picture" - 3 months ago the farm in was being sold as a "done deal" and the finances as "sound"... No longer - we all know the real state of both now.
As I have said previously - some good assets in the company BUT some financial problems and suspect characters in management/board positions.
Fix those and its a BUY.
