May I ask when you do your SOI count why you are not including the convertible note which can be converted at 4 cents a share.
I am absolutely incorporating this into my calculations.
The most recent presentation has just over 400 M shares on a fully diluted basis and this is before the most recent raise. This results in about 50 per cent more dilution than what you are mentioning.
