FatTony, West Tulsa is Coal Bed Methane (and conventional oil), gas flow rates from this type of geological formation are typically much lower than what they are in East Oklahoma which is Shale (see slide 8 in the recent presentation wherebey you can see flow rates for the different formations).
They will probably use production at Osage and West Tulsa to help fund the many wells they need in East Oklahoma. Once these come onstream, and assuming it is similar to the Antrim Shale in Michigan, Tulsa and Osage will pale in comparison.
Its worth some research on the Michigan Antrim Shale gas field to see the potential size of RFE
