Gees this is another reason why I just can't invest in MML on an extended basis.

This is actually a double fatality when reading the announcement. I make that four in less than 12 months, and it really isn't good enough.

Aside from the tragedy of loss of life there must also be some threat to MML's license to operate (at least in a figurative sense and potentially in a regulatory sense).
