Good to see confirmation.
My HKTD says this puts another speed bump in the way of EU based cathode producers potentially relying solely on European supply sources, mostly woeful at demonstrating economic battery grade chemistries—Why send to and refine in China and then send back to EU for final global battery grade beneficiation? Will my batteries be Good with this white stuff?—-Which ever parties are squeezing into the AVZ data room will know, this is the moment of truth.
In Wechat Video messages today, my HKTD smiles ...or is dat poker face grimace of sorts?...when I ask him about Yibin. What more to say. One has to be careful these days in HK, but I surmise both parties in all likelihood are ‘recalling’ platitudes made way back when 4.5cps was looking like proverbial chicken’s nuggets on the lazy Susan.
