    is this new proposal a joke or what? surely blind-freddy would see himself how low this offer is.

    BCM floated at $5 during the good times.

    whilst we are down and currently beaten up (WFC), this group comes along with this offer.

    i think it is a joke to even contemplate it.

    12 months from now and BCM will be back over its $5 float price...
