Very good review and assessment thank you , and with end market opportunities now far greater than when that acquisition occurred . I agree with your best guess value estimate at 60 cents today , based on value for the region , but I do hope that STX is able to finalise that fertiliser plant development with a suitable JV partner , and that the research house that forecasted $ 1 ish if they were successful comes to fruition . Should and if a take over bid we're to be on the cards sooner rather than later , I would hope it would be higher than 60 cents .
