This have been said many time, do some research on the management, buying NC was, I believe the first step of further bigger plan. That type of buying/project do takes time. I am not sure that the next quarterly will be that great but I am pretty sure that AR9 future move will be big.
As to why the price drop. Many buyer bought potential, many are bored and do not like waiting and have lost interest. A bit of waiting game, that I am very happy to do.
All imo....no advice...
