ASX listing rules state -
ANYTHING THAT WILL LIKELY IMPACT THE ENTITY FINANCIAL POSITION TO AN EXTENT OF 5% OR MORE MUST BE DEEMD TO BE MATERIAL IN NATURE.

This CR is for $2m.

SBW is a $25m MC company

I’ll let the idiot in the room work out that percentage and then tell me to chill out again.
