I think you're leaping ahead 10 years on your prediction of a factory producing ZS Si chips, quantum computers don't exist outside research laboratories, cooled to extremely cold temperatures. That said, Silex have the only process that could be scaled up to produce enough ZS Si if ZS Si is proven to be the best technology for quantum computers.
