I am just as perplexed ???
Why the relentless selling ... anyone ???
We always mangage to end at or near the days low after promissing morning beginnings.
Some possibilities
1 The price is being supressed so someone can do a cheap takeover
2 next lot of warrants , although still months away.
3 someone wanting to trigger stop losses so they can accumulate cheaply
4 someone knows about upcoming news which aren't to expectations
5 Distressed seller because of financial situation, although most should be gone by now
6 Anything other which I haven't thought of.
I am still keeping the faith, management appear competent, last month we produced over 8000 oz x 12 which gives us the 100,000 annual ramp up production.
Gold fetching between $ 1200 - $1500 per oz over the past months so we MUST be cash flow positive, surely it doesnt cost us $1000 per oz to produce.
So I ask again, how can a company pruducing such quantities be selling for 25 cents.
As far as I know we have good ore reserves, additional exploration should begin in the next few months with more upside.
No capiche ..
