If the linkage theory between PLL and SYA is intact. YES....
When I actually submitted those prices of 5.0 and 5.9 , the SYA price was 4.0 cents at the time of posting. It then got to 4.9 cents , so I would say that was pretty good shooting . And it hasn't closed yet either......
