    If the entire BoD was removed, and the coy was placed in the hands of a dumb administrator, the administrator could find a buyer for these assets that would have shareholders with a higher value than $70m Less the 13m in cash!!!! Enterprize Value here is around $57m ....$39m USD. CRAZY...I really want to buy more at these levels but refuse to!!
