Devander - $29 per lb to extract? You've got to be kidding me. Low strip ratio, easy to remove overburden and huge resource all points to much lower costs for EXT than industry average, which is, AFAIK, nowhere near the price you mentioned.
If you can justify this higher price, by all means state your sources, I would be genuinely interested to know. A comparison with another U producer would be helpful. Thank you.
