I think the meaning of "fly" might be different for each individual.

I'm an IOU/ICU holder and unfortunately have to say that "fly" for IOU should see it hit and stay consistently above 20 cents. I'm calling an 18-19 cents finish without any announcements today. That 20 cents wall is going to take quite a far bit of large buys to get past.

But quietly, i wish we finish at 20 cents +.
