But its also noticed (whilst very sad) that the persons that passed away were contractors ....so the question remains what responsibility rests with the primary contractor. I take on board your comments as an outsider of the company - your opinion seems to be at odds with insiders that have already brought shares in the company - some of which purchased their shares at a higher level.
