What this article neglects to mention is that if that is launched from NK's larger ex-Russian sub, about 1500 kms off the West Coast, any city on the western seaboard could be nuked.
Not that anyone cares. Kim has been building, testing and developing new weapons of mass destruction for four years without a word from the US. Threatening US allies in Korea and Japan - nothing. Threatening US troops - nothing.
