From the chart, it looks to me that if BLY can break through 18c - 20c then the next major resistance would be around 28c. What happens will probably depend in part on overall market sentiment but there's no real reason why this can't go higher IMO, although it may well briefly revisit 15c on its (generally upward) route :)
If the overall market dives then all bets are off :D
