@Bolesta13 ..."Purifloh just like the water has never stated that they are “Unique” as someone here would like to have you believe."

I suggest you go and have a good hard long look at the company presentation from November 2018, a few days before BP bought in..

The companies own announcements show that what you wrote is incorrect.

    https://www.asx.com.au/asx/statistics/displayAnnouncement.do?display=pdf&idsId=02043541

Go to page 7, and the very first word is "Uniqueness"
On pg. 13 they highlight "OEMs seeking disruptive technology", under the page heading of "key advantages".

How can using the words ''uniqueness'' or "disruptive technology" give any indication other than what most believe as 'unique'? So now the company and people like yourself are trying to backtrack from the claim of uniqueness, when it never was unique except for the design of the unit creating the plasma stream.

There are plenty of devices on the market already that are creating ozone, hydroxyl radicals, etc. Plasma streams, UV boxes etc, nothing unique about what is created.

Same document on pg. 6 shows a diagram of the FRG unit. Despite some here stating the unit wouldn't create ozone, the company itself clearly states "Ambient air creates Ozone (O3) ; Moist air creates Hydroxyl (OH) radicals". (right hand side of page).

Go to page 8, 'Operational modes'.. It clearly states and shows.. 'ambient air with airborne microbes and particles' entering the FGR unit on the left and on the right "Clean air" and below that "Mix of radicals for room sterilization".
There is no sign nor mention of any 'neutralizer' anywhere on either the diagrams on pg 6 nor pg 8, nor in the written description.

There is no mention of any 'neutralizer' in any company announcements that I've seen prior to 2020. If any exist please give a link.

@Bolesta13 ..." However, the patent if read clearly states that a neutralizer can be added to ensure no harmful emissions of harmful gases. (Not new information at all, just the company easing the mind of shareholders)"

Easing the mind of shareholders?? That is ridiculous, the diagram from pg 8 in the document linked above, clearly gives the impression that the air coming out of the unit is cleaned, the term "Clean Air" is used, no neutralizer and no mention of needing one, no mention of 'harmful gasses' coming out of the unit either.

As I've mentioned a few times now, it seems the 'neutralizer' is the important part of the unit, it is the part that might be 'unique', as other companies are already selling ozone and hydroxyl generators which is all the FRG unit is, without any type of 'neutralizer'.

If this newly added 'neutralizer' is so wonderful (because others have no such thing), then why doesn't the company release any details about it?? They have released all sorts of diagrams showing how the FRG works, in lots of announcements since 2015, but nothing about the 'neutralizer', why not?? What does it actually neutralize?? How does it work?? What's it made of, active components etc??

Purifloh have the rights to an ozone and hydroxyl generator, yet in nearly 7 years since acquiring these rights (May 2014), have failed to produce a single product for sale. Where is the niche for whatever air purifier they do eventually come up with?? There are already ozone and hydroxyl generators (and combinations of both) for sale. If companies like Panasonic already have a plasma stream product, why would anyone buy one off a start up company instead of a major, that is already backed up with distribution channels, reputation, good warranties etc??

Similar units are already in the marketplace, so without anything 'unique' where is the opportunity for this company that has run out of cash, now has a loan, has been turned down by an OEM, has no revenue, nor looking like it will happen any time soon??

A cap raise is definitely on the cards no matter what happens in the short term, given the current state of cash and cash burn, yet a current Mcap of ~$42M is way overvalued for a company with nothing tangible, and a 'right' to a not unique technology.
