Pretty simple really, the company generates zero revenue.
The only avenue to fund operations is either borrowing or through Capital Raising.
The company have a line of finance, to gap fill. The remainder is through the issuing of shares.
Without funds, operations ceases to exist.
There is a cycle, it's well known. Play the cycle, make the cash. SOI are not an issue if you consider your buy price and your exit price.
Don't get greedy, many have.....
Just my thoughts. I'll preface those thoughts as I'm only a shareholder since 2015.
