CSL might be the ultimate corporation in the world or the universe, it doesn't matter.
Returns on CSL is ridiculously poor. I'm talking about earn yields. This is a simple math, and it is Market Cap/Net Profit. It yields 2.5%.
CSL has made it this far through marketing of fund managers who have hyped up to the moon and has one of the highest valuation in the world for its class. Grifols trades around 22ish PE for a mature company. Last time I counted CSL had 15 competitors. I can talk about this for ages. Also CSL trades at 50 times which is an absolute joke. I see it as a trading stock, never buy and hold.
Great business model but one of the worst valuation. One heck of a shitty deal.
