You only lose if you sell, if i sold now i would lose a 7 figure sum but unless you absolutely have to why would you do that, when the going gets tough the tough get going is my motto, its not easy or pleasant but sometimes you just have to guts things out. I don't see any form of class action going anywhere is this case, too many variables outside the company's control were at play here.
