please read the 7th Jan announcement again, it states that 15% of terminals are impacted. This resulted into loss of 5% of transaction volumes (I think transaction value impact is confused with customer count).
7th Jan announcement does not mention customer numbers.
some merchants have some terminals impacted and some working, hence they wouldn’t lose transactions. This is the reason for losing only 5% transaction value.
Announcement on 13th Jan is the first time they mentioned customer count impact (19% fully impacted and 11% partially impacted). This announcement does not mention impacted terminals count so we don’t know whether impacted terminals count remains 15% or not.
Halt notice made clear that they are standing by the announcement on 13th Jan.
I think Tyro will reiterate impact and explain progress of remediation, hope they will give impacted terminals count, customers and remaining terminals, customers for fix.
