Found this today, I am sure it has been discussed previously -> US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) contract opportunity valued US$51M over 4 years titled "Fast Event-based Neuromorphic Camera and Electronics (FENCE)". Closed 4 hours ago.
The 'title' reads something Magik Eye and Akida can achieve.
