Hi Sharps, you seem a bit hung up on the fact that I haven't formed an opinion on it. Perhaps I have no opinion as I don't know enough of the facts to form an opinion.

But the fact that I have no opinion on whether he actually won or lost is irrelevant. Perhaps you think your opinion is so important or relevant to the American legal system, but sorry I am under no such illusion.

So trying to put it simply for you, in America they have a certain right to free speech, whether you think it's lies or not or whatever other opinions you may have.

Thus why your opinion or mine on whether it's lies or not is irrelevant. If Trump is of that opinion he is quite within his rights to say it and repeat it as many time as he likes.
