Re the "no sales", I'd refer you to the quarterly cashflow reports for the last few years as well as the constant capital raising announcements.

Re the "not being economical to use", I'd refer to the same cashflow reports which show the salaries of all Edens salespeople, who can't sell enough of this to be cashflow positive.

I'd encourage anybody to take up Speculhaters challenge. Specify a design requirement that Eden matches, and someone will post a mix design which is more economical and meets the same performance criteria.
