minimal moat is the thing...if I am a merchant, then I will keep on using the cheapest service available but will add a redundant service provider for my business to avoid disruption especially when the terminals are free issued by service provider..because tyro is the cheapest available service, these small business will never want to loose money on per transaction basic by paying higher cut to service provider. Cost of doing business in s more important than service disruption and the solution is redundancy simple!
