My household has a small parcel of NHC.
In my experience as a holder of some of the 'stable', companies associated with Mr Robert Millner try to really look after retail shareholders. Whether this means a future dividend, I don't know. Have a look at how SOL has had a great record in paying an ever-increasing dividend since it was founded in 1903. NHC is in a more cyclical sector than the overall SOL 'conglomerate' (if I can use that word) might be.
