Always good to know your facts, I agree.
What about giving unsolicited legal advice that is perhaps the most incorrect I have seen? For instance, remember that time you said that "they should have 40-50" members to form the class action, and implied this was the case (they had 1)? Or when you gave advice that the stature of the investor will not bear weight (which, was one of your more ludicrous posts)? Or when you spoke about a strong ground for causation and yet never linked to the breach of MSB, but linked it to a third party?
It makes for very enjoyable reading, given how wrong it all was and how you tried to provide legal advice on three occasions.
But you know, feel free to tell other posters to get their facts straight....they can just read the below to see your "facts" and constant attempts to scaremonger...
