I find it impossible to figure out his sentiment as well, he literally made a thread stating "no wonder apt is crushing zip" and has a sell sentiment, but holds the stock? then claims the only reason he still holds the stock is for CGT discounts, (I think he's full of shit personally) if he's smart enough to make $2.4M on the stock market from one stock ALONE!! then why would you bother with a stock that is performing so badly for tax purposes when theres heaps of commodity stocks going gangbusters right now? that I'm sure he's aware of, I remember back in may or June polarbear666 sold out of zip and all he said was "too many uncertainties,I'm out" and that's literally all I've ever seen from him since then. no down ramping from him, nothing. he left the stock alone. but these guys keep hanging around. for what ever reason I'm not sure
