Despite any intrinsic value in the mines owned I don't have any faith that this company is capable of the hard cost cutting needed to run a high AISC project. There are too many highly paid employees not actively engaged producing gold . When actual work is to be down they use contractors thus making contractors rich, shareholders poor, and their own jobs easy. Sure use contractors to do any specialised short term work but running the mine should be done by the company in my view. Anyone who has been on this Board for more than five years should be retired and new directors with hard edged mine experience brought in IMHO.
