Ya, my simple calcs put depth at 11,752' @ mkt opening Friday, but don't allow for slower progress due to bit change. How much time would this take at, say, 11,000 depth? If subtract that lost time x drilling rate of 8'/hr then any new gas shows should be at top Akah I'd guess. If a drillbit change took longer than about 30 hrs then they could still be in lower Desert Ck/Chimney Rock. They expected top Akah @ 11,500' (according to GDN graphic of 15/4).
