I have, and I'm awaiting a reply to my reply. If there is no signed off announcement, then they should be in a halt. The MD might be a well qualified, nice guy. However, that doesn't get around the listing rules. Talitha spud was material to Otto and the company should not have been trading without an announcement. They have had months to talk through a comms strategy with the operator in full knowledge that Otto is bound by certain rules. Frankly not good enough atm.
